Maddisons Residential is thrilled to announce the arrival of our new Lettings Manager - Simon Godin! Simon’s extensive knowledge of the Tunbridge Wells lettings market, many years of property experience and his true can-do attitude will make him a brilliant addition to the Maddisons Residential team.

Simon’s expertise

Simon has over 25 years of industry experience, starting his career in the Battersea and Clapham markets before moving into Brighton and Eastbourne and now settled in Tunbridge Wells. His love for the outdoors and bike riding with his Spanish rescue dog, Rubble, led him to take a temporary break from the property world to start up his own business selling mountain bikes and organising outdoor activities. However, Simon’s passion for property brought him back into the industry and for the last seven years he has been heading up the Tunbridge Wells lettings department at Andrews, a national estate agency. During his time at Andrews, he successfully led the lettings team and is now looking forward to his new journey at the proudly independent Maddisons Residential, as our new Lettings Manager.

We asked Simon why he chose Maddisons Residential as the next step in his career.

“I wanted to start a new chapter in my career and thought Maddisons Residential would be the best place for it. When I was considering other estate agents in Tunbridge Wells, I was most drawn to Maddisons. The business has a great reputation and after meeting Deborah and James I knew the rest of the team was going to be lovely and that I would fit in well. I am really excited to become part of the Maddisons Residential team and can’t wait to share my ideas and expertise to help grow the lettings department.”
