Maddisons is proudly sponsoring The Arts Society, Tunbridge Wells. Formerly the Royal Tunbridge Wells Decorative and Fine Arts Society, it was founded in 1980 and now has over 230 local members. Offering eleven lectures each year at the Trinity Theatre in Tunbridge Wells, two study days and structured visits to places of interest, guided walks and some virtual events via Zoom, membership to The Arts Society brings people together through a shared interest in the arts and is a wonderful way to meet other residents of our wonderful town and surrounds!

James Richards organised this year’s event which saw 160 at The Spa to raise money to help give a number of local disadvantaged and disabled children a ‘sporting chance’ and raised a record £12,100 on the night. Guests were entertained with a fashion show by local retailer ‘Pure’, as well as comedy from Russell Hicks and music from James Dyer and Mint DJs.
