As we enter the festive period and the countdown to Christmas Day begins, we thought we would spread some Christmas cheer on our Instagram and Facebook pages by holding our own advent calendar competition, where our followers have a chance of winning a fabulous prize.
How it works
We’ve put a Maddisons Residential seasonal twist on the "12 Days of Christmas" for our followers to enjoy. From the 1st to the 12th of December, we’re publishing daily posts on our Instagram and Facebook pages with a question for you to answer. If you don’t want to miss our posts, make sure you turn our post notifications on.
As our wonderful office is nestled in the heart of the town, all the questions will be focused on the local delights of Tunbridge Wells (your local knowledge will be tested here!)
The prize
Now to the important part, the prize! We’re partnering up with England’s leading wine producer, Chapel Down. Based in Kent, they offer a range of award-winning sparkling and still wines. The winner will receive a magnum of Chapel Down Brut NV and a Chapel Down Guided Tour & Tasting Voucher for two people.
How to enter
To be in with up to 12 chances of winning this fabulous prize, you need to do the following:

- Tag a friend you’d like to share the prize with
- DM us your answer for the post – 1 right answer equals 1 entry. If you answer every question on each post (as well as liking the post and tagging someone in it), you can gain up to 12 entries.

The competition will close on 14December at 6pm GMT and is open to UK residents over the age of 18 years living in the following postcodes: TN1, TN2, TN3, TN4. The winner will be selected at random and announced via our Maddisons Residential Instagram and Facebook page. The prizes cannot be exchanged, transferred or redeemed for cash or substitutions. Maddisons Residential’s decision is final.
