We are pleased to welcome Tina Arnold to our award-winning team. Tina joins as one of our Property Marketing Coordinators, which is an essential part of our service and often the first port of call for all enquiries. Our busy Tunbridge Wells office, based in the beautiful and historic Pantiles, is used to receiving many customers, either in person or on the phone, so we’d like you to meet Tina and find out more about her and why she wanted to join us.

 Heading up our front-line

We fondly refer to our Property Marketing Coordinators as our “front-line warriors”. Tina’s key responsibilities involve answering the phones, responding to enquiries, booking viewings, liaising with buyers and sellers on survey dates and generally keeping us all in check, making sure we all know where we are supposed to be!

“We’re delighted that someone of Tina’s experience and knowledge is joining the team and she has already made a positive impact. Her background in advertising and marketing, as well as an extensive knowledge of the local property sector, means she has been able to hit the ground running when arranging viewings and managing our busy office diary. Her capabilities will only help to bolster our client experience,” says Deborah Richards, Managing Partner.

Knowledgeable about the local property market

After an illustrious career in advertising and marketing, Tina joined Maddisons Residential in July 2022. This decision was in part due to having real interest in the local property market, as Tina and her husband manage their own local property portfolio. Living in and around Tunbridge Wells for much of her life ensures she is very well placed to liaise with buyers during their registration process - her local area knowledge is superb.   

Tina explains, “I am extremely proud to have joined Maddisons who have such a great reputation within the local area. Although estate agency is new to me, I have a passion for property management and hope to use this experience and my professional skills to bring additional value to their already outstanding service.”

Tina and her husband have two (almost) grown up children, and they enjoy many activities together including cycling, pilates, swimming and skiing. Tina is also a huge fan of the Theatre and will head up to the West End as often as she can!

Tina has made a great start to life at Maddisons Residential and we are extremely pleased to have her on board. We wish her the best of luck as her Maddisons journey continues!
