Our incredible team at Maddisons Residential all play a key part in making us the award-winning business we are today, so we are shining a spotlight on our team members and explaining more  about their role and what they enjoy doing in their spare time. This month we are introducing you to one of our wonderful Client Partner’s, Müge Turner. Her excellent interpersonal and communication skills allow her to form personable relationships with our clients, providing them with the highest standard of service.

What does the role of client partner entail?

Müge explains, “At Maddisons Residential, I am a client partner who supports the team with the viewings. Showing our beautiful properties to potential buyers and being the key person collecting and relaying feedback, to enhance the probability of a successful offer.”

What do you enjoy most about your role?

“I find myself in a unique and privileged position, being involved with buyers making a very personal life choice – a future home. Travelling on a journey with them, building a relationship and understanding their family dynamics certainly excites me. When a potential buyer views a property with me and makes an offer it is so satisfying to know that I was involved in their venture.”

What do you find most challenging about being in the real estate industry?

“Not setting off the property alarm...not letting out the cat...and not knocking over the ancient Ming vase!”

Getting to know Müge Turner

Müge moved to the UK in 2013,  from her home country of Turkey and moved to Tunbridge Wells in 2015 from London. She has a wealth of experience in the events and hospitality sector, which has given her a strong ability to develop quality relationships with clients and to manage and understand their specific needs and expectations.

She has a lifelong passion for property and interiors so is delighted to now be working in the industry. She prides herself on her friendly, professional client service and when she is not at work you can find her in one of our local parks, walking her beloved Labrador, Berry, with her daughter.

“I am an early riser, especially in summertime. I love to wake up early and go for a walk with my dog, breathing in the fresh air and getting ready for what the day may bring,” says Müge.

Dream kitchen or dream garden?

“Closing my eyes, I dream... surrounded by trees, some mature and some recently planted by me. One of the oldest has a cute little treehouse for my daughter. Amongst the trees I can see the ocean and some boats sailing by. The ocean is distanced by closer rolling hills, with sheep and cattle grazing lazily. I’m soaking up the scene in my tranquil garden.”
