Nicola began her career working in Client Service within advertising and marketing agencies in London and New York, settling in Tunbridge Wells upon her return in 2009. She joined Maddisons in 2025, having spent the previous six years managing marketing and events for a local boutique fitness studio. Born in Ireland and raised in Scotland, Nicola is a people person who also has a not-so-secret passion for all things property. She is married with two kids (and two golden doodles!) and enjoys working out, gardening and socialising with friends when not at work.
