Milly joined Maddisons in 2016 after many years working as a PA for a multi-national events company in London. She works closely with Deborah to bring our properties to the market and then, like Jane, once an offer has been agreed, she manages the process of getting the offer to exchange and completion: an area that is often fraught with complexity and “bumps in the road”! Milly has excellent knowledge and her intense involvement gives us an enviable fall through rate of offers not reaching exchange at just 7% (compared to a current industry average of a staggering 41%). Married with two children, Milly is as busy out of the office as she is in the office!
