Jo grew up in Tunbridge Wells and so has very strong knowledge of the town. She joined Maddisons in 2024 and puts the expertise she honed during her 25 years in the recruitment industry to excellent use, as building long standing client relationships and coaching, advising and supporting candidates, are all hugely valuable transferrable skills. When not working, Jo enjoys theatre, local amateur dramatics, reading, running very slowly (sometimes after her dog!) and wild swimming, and spends much of her free time as a taxi driver to her children.
