Welcome to my latest VLOG! The last of January, thank goodness, when we can all start to look forward to lighter evenings, no need to defrost the car in the morning, and for me, an end to the discipline of Veganuary coupled with dry January! Spring is always a fabulous time in the world of estate agency: the sense of new beginnings translates through to our buyers and sellers and the market really starts to bounce. This positivity is already being felt as you will see from my VLOG this week, plus I have details of events in and around Tunbridge Wells this weekend.
