As we head towards the end of 2022, I thought I would record a summary of the year that has passed, and a quick look forward to 2023. It's certainly been a year of many unforeseen events: the war in Ukraine, 3 Prime Ministers and double digit inflation. As ever, this all affects the property market, so my video news looks at what we ast Maddisons experienced. I will soon post a more involved forecast of 2023, but for now, enjoy the summary of what was a year of unbelievable events.
