I thought you might like a round up of how 2024 finished, and how 2025 is shaping up, with a look ahead to some of the headwinds that the property market will probably face. 2025 will also be a big year in the world of rentals, with the advent of the Renters Rights Bill, and as ever, I will keep you updated on all the changes as they happen.
