As we near the end of this year, it is naturally the time to reflect on how the market has fared over the last 12 months. I may produce a more in depth summary before we close up for Christmas but, in the meantime, here is my brief over view and thoughts on this year in the property industry and how it compares to other years, especially the anomaly that was the pandemic boom!
Traditionally, December is a quieter month for estate agents and new listings, but I am delighted to have launched an amazing opportunity on Beltring Road: prime for cosmetic redevelopment and will undoubtedly prove to be a wonderful family home to its next owners.
