Finally, a hint of sunshine is peeking through what has felt like ever present clouds! The property market is following suit and is looking bright and energetic. Rightmove produced their latest House Price Index Data and it is showing some really strong information for 2024’s spring market. This week, I have also had a look at the mortgage environment, and the impact of ground rent and leaseholds on the lending.
