I cannot believe the speed with which 2023 has flown by, and that this time 4 years ago, we had no idea of the pandemic that awaited us. As a result, this year the nation has battled with rising mortgage interest costs and escalating costs of living, which may lead you to believe that all has been very quiet in the world of property. Not so at Maddisons! It was a big year for us as we turned 10 years old, and a busy business as usual was coupled with a number of exciting initiatives, as we constantly strive to do the very best for our clients.
