Lots in the news this week about the increasing difficulty that the young face in buying their first home. Did you know that a third more “millennials” rent than their predecessors? A worrying statistic but unsurprising when you think how expensive property has become, especially here in the South East. So this week, my featured properties are all possible first time buyer purchases: we have a flat on the popular Woodbury Park Road and two houses in the St Peters District. As ever, if you would like to discuss, we’d be delighted to help.

Best wishes,
