When I wrote to you last month, I think we all thought that the political uncertainty would have cleared by now.  It seems not and we definitely live in the Wild West!  Despite the uncertainty, we continue to see an uplift in new property instructions, as buyers and sellers decide that they cannot continually keep their lives on hold and realise that their core need to move to a good school area / buy a house with a bigger garden / extra bedroom etc, cannot wait any longer.
With the approach of summer, I am often asked “should I sell my house now or wait until the autumn market” and so I have made that topic the subject of this month’s blog.  So if this makes you decide to take the plunge now, you know where we are!
