Well, this week, I was delighted to see that Interest Rates have remained stable. Inflation has hit its lowest level since Sept 2021 at 3.6%, but Andrew Bailey feels that Interest Rates should not be touched until inflation hits that 2% target. I know a lot of people will be very pleased to hear this. In other news, I touch upon a story from Australia where an estate agent had some awful luck while on a viewing, resulting in the accidental destruction of the property entirely - it sends shivers of anxiety through any agent to read about what befell her!
