When Maddisons was founded, we talked through how we felt we should have been treated whenever we’d bought a property. From this, we formulated the following promises to our (highly treasured and adored) buyers:
- When you register with us, every month we will check whether your search is still ongoing, or whether your search criteria has changed. We will also give you advance notice of all properties which are listed with us before they are launched to the main property portals.
- We will know all about the property that you are viewing. We will be able to answer the vast majority of your questions at the viewing, and if there are any that we do not know the answers to, we will find the answers within 24 hours.
- We really value your opinion. After all, you will have viewed dozens of properties in your price band and in your geographical area, so your finger will be on the pulse of the market. So, we’ll take the time to gather your feedback: the good, the bad and the ugly.
- If you decide to make an offer, your negotiation will be handled by your personal Property Relationship Manager, who will act with absolute honest, integrity and compassion. Your Property Relationship Manager will be the same person who conducted your viewing. If your offer is accepted, they remain your main point of contact, communicating with you, the solicitors acting and other estate agents involved in the chain on a weekly basis, keeping the sale on track.
